How can I place an order?
Placing an order is super simple. Just follow these steps:
  1. Choose the kind of content services you require. BIC content writing services are listed on our services page.
  2. Specify the number of copies you need along with the number of words per document.
  3. If you have any additional requirements or requests, tell us all about them.
  4. Add to the cart.
  5. Continue shopping if you wish to include other services in the same order.
  6. View the cart once you are ready to place your order.
  7. Check the order details and proceed to checkout.
  8. Enter your billing details if you are a new customer or do not have a BIC account. Returning customers can enter login credentials to confirm billing details.
  9. You will receive a confirmation email for your order.
I have placed an order. What should I do now?
Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive credentials for your BIC account. Log into your account to view and manage your orders. Your account manager will contact you shortly via email and share the Order Detail Questionnaire. Kindly fill the questionnaire and send it back to your account manager. That's it – your work is done! We will contact you in case our content team needs any more information or clarification regarding the project.
How can I fill the Order Detail Questionnaire?
The Order Detail Questionnaire is easy to fill. It requires you to enter basic information about your order. Fill it to the best of your knowledge, providing as much detail as possible. It will help us create customized content that fits your needs and requirements. However, you can skip any question you find difficult to answer or does not apply to your order. If you are having trouble answering the question, kindly contact your account manager. We will assist you in every way.

When will I receive my content?
We start working on the order as soon as we receive the completed Order Detail Questionnaire from your end. You can accept the first draft within 5 to 7 working days of sending the completed questionnaire. Your satisfaction means everything to us. Therefore, we continue working on the project only after receiving your approval/feedback on the first draft. BIC guarantees a quick turnaround time for all content writing services, whether you place a mini-trial order or have a bulk project for us. However, ETA may vary depending on the complexity and number of files required. It is advisable to discuss the ETA with your account manager. Also, kindly let us know if you are in a hurry. We will try and expedite your order to meet your deadline.
What payment options do I have?
You can use all major debit and credit cards on the BIC website's secure and user-friendly interface. However, we do not accept PayPal payments. We employ Stripe software to accept payments and send payouts to maintain high-level safety and secure transactions. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent certification level in the payments industry. You can learn more about security at Stripe here.
Can I process my order now and pay later?
Sorry! It is necessary to have sufficient funds in your account when you place your order. Whether the payment gets through or not – we will update you about the status of your order. However, we will start working on your order only after the transaction is cleared.
What happens if I want to cancel my order halfway through?
BIC offers unlimited revisions, which means that we revise the content until you are 100% satisfied with the outcome. This eliminates the need for order cancellation. However, you can cancel your order anytime. If you cancel your order halfway through, the amount for the remaining content can be refunded or adjusted for another service. The amount for content that is already delivered and approved will not be refunded or adjusted. (Please note that delivered content is considered approved if you do not provide feedback/ask for revision/ specify otherwise within 20 days of the delivery.) How can I get a refund?
Contact the BIC team if you wish to cancel the order and receive a refund. We will refund the amount for the remaining part of the order to your bank account. Processing a refund may take a few days. For more clarification, contact the BIC team.
Will I get complete copyrights of my content?
Yes! We are a "work for hire" company, which means the person paying for the content owns the copyright. You will be the sole owner of the content we create for you. BIC will never claim copyrights for content that is approved and paid for by our clients.
Can BIC manage my social media accounts?
Yes! Our social media experts are fully equipped to handle your social media accounts. Along with content writing services, we also offer posting services for social media accounts.
I can't access my BIC account. What should I do?
Entering incorrect login credentials prevents you from accessing your BIC account. Double-check your credential details in the first email you received from BIC after registering or placing your order on the website. If the credential details are correct and you are still unable to access your account, kindly send us a message via the contact form or drop an email at info@blackinkcontent.com. We will get to the bottom of the problem and help you access your account quickly.
